Move Differently is a free 3-day yoga experience where you’ll learn how to:

Over three calm, practical sessions, you’ll learn:

Day 1 — Safe to Begin

You’ll learn how to reconnect with your body in a way that feels calm, supported, and accessible. No experience needed.

Day 2 — Safe to Build

You’ll explore how to build strength and stability using simple, supported movements your body can trust.

Day 3 — Safe to Choose

You’ll experience how to move with more confidence by adapting movement to suit your body - not forcing yourself into shapes.

This isn’t about deeper poses. It’s about steadier movement.

Hi, I’m Alex.

I help women whose bodies have history rebuild strength, confidence, and trust in how they move.

My approach focuses on functional movement, which helps you move in ways that support your everyday life, not just in a yoga class.

Because movement should feel like something that works with your body, not against it.
